Running a business can be incredibly rewarding, but there's a side of business ownership that people don't always see.
You're responsible for the decisions, the people, the customers, the numbers and what happens next. And sometimes, you simply need someone outside the business who understands what it's like to be the person responsible for all of it.
I've been there. That's why I do this work.

Most of the business owners I work with are smart, capable people who know their business and their industry.
They don't need someone to come in and tell them how to run their company.
They need someone they can talk things through with. Someone who will ask questions, challenge their thinking, look at the numbers with them and help them see things they may be too close to see themselves.
Sometimes we're trying to understand why the business isn't as profitable as it should be. Sometimes we're dealing with employees or leadership. Sometimes there's an important decision to make. And sometimes the business is doing well, but the owner knows there's more potential there.

We look beyond whether you made or lost money and use your numbers to understand what's really happening. Where are you making money? Where are you losing it? What's costing more than it should? And what opportunities might the numbers be showing us?

Sometimes growth comes from finding more customers. Sometimes it comes from pricing, profitability, better systems, improved efficiency or simply recognizing an opportunity that's been sitting in front of you all along.
Leadership & People
Owning a business means leading people, and that isn't always easy. We work through communication, accountability, delegation, team challenges, difficult conversations and the decisions that come with being the person in charge.

You don't always need someone to give you the answer. Sometimes you need someone who will help you think through the options, ask the questions you haven't considered and challenge you when you're playing it too safe.
